After the overnight flight we were a bit tired but still packed in a lot in our first day in Sydney which was our first day in Australia.
We checked into the hotel. This is Jen's new name by the way. :-)
Saw the Opera House from afar.
Saw people walking on the harbor bridge from afar.
Saw the customs house.
An aboriginal person playing a didgeridoo.
The opera house again.
Then we took a bus to Coogee beach to do the famous walk from Coogee to Bondi.
It was stunning.
Lots of pools on the sides of beaches.
Some cool sculptures.
A large cemetery on the side of the cliff.
More swimming pools filled with sea water--very popular here probably because of the risk of stingers.
It was a long walk having just slept on a plane.
But amazingly beautiful.
Then we had burgers at a place on the beach. Every place has gluten free food--it is awesome!
They were delicious.
