First another excellent breakfast with fresh gluten-free bread...
Then checked out of one spectacular hotel...
Then had the owner of an organic cooking school give us a private lesson...
Starting with picking all of the ingredients from the farm...
Our instructor was amazing...
We made sticky rice...
Red and green curry...
And Pad Thai...
We had so much fun and it was delicious... We took home the left overs...
And then we checked in to the nicest hotel ever...
They have rice patties there farmed in the traditional style...
And water buffalos to help with the rice farming...
He said I could ride it...
This is our private pool... jealous?
And room...
We ate the leftovers by the pool... Delicious!!!
